• PRESCHOOL/KINDERGARTEN PROMOTION AND AWARDS CEREMONY, MONDAY, JUNE 14, 7 P.M.:  All Preschool and Kindergarten students should be at the school by 6:45 p.m. to get ready and line up.  Wear the cap and gown!

• GRADES 1ST - 8TH PROMOTION/AWARDS/GRADUATION CEREMONY, TUESDAY, JUNE 15, 7 P.M.:  Every 1st - 8th grade students should be at the school by 6:45 p.m. to get ready and line up.  Students should wear a clean uniform or dressy clothes. Every student will receive awards.

• REPORT CARDS WILL BE SENT HOME THE WEEK OF JUNE 14TH.   Look for it in the mail.

• RE-ENROLLMENT:  Please return your re-enrollment papers by June 16 along with your Annual Fees if you have not already.

• MONDAY, JUNE 14, 8:30 A.M., D.A.R.E. GRADUATION:  5th/6th graders will celebrate with former San Leandro Police Officer Paul Henning.  Parents are welcome to attend.

• TUESDAY, JUNE 15, 1ST - 8TH GRADES DISMISSED AT 12:15 P.M.  Daycare is available until 6:15 p.m.  Report Cards issued.  Preschool and Kindergarten held as usual.

• YEARBOOKS:  A few yearbooks are still available - Only $15! You can purchase at graduation.

• FUN IN THE SUN DAY, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16:  All students will go to the Silliman Aquatic Center in Newark.  Please arrive at school by 9:15 a.m. so we are ready to leave at 9:30 a.m. and return to the school by 1:00 p.m.  Students should wear their bathing suit under their clothes and bring a towel and a change of clothes.  Everyone should bring a lunch.  All parents are welcome to attend - drivers and chaperones are needed.  Daycare will be available until 6:15 p.m. for those signed up.  Cost is $6.50 per child.  If you have already said you will meet us there, we'll see you there.  If you are planning to meet us there and have not already communicated with us, please let us know instead of coming to school

• THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, JUNE 17, 18, TEACHER WORK DAYS, NO SCHOOL:  No school will be held for any students.

• MONDAY, JUNE 21, PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN SUMMER SCHOOL RESUMES.  If you have not already let us know of your summer plans, please contact the office.

• SUMMER SCIENCE ADVENTURES CAMP:  When you enroll in a full day (9 - 3:30 p.m.) camp, you can get a $50 discount by giving the coupon code "SCHOOLSOUT".  Call 888 - 458-1812 or go to www.discoverchampions.com to register.  See the flyer that went home or is available by the office for more details.

• LOST AND FOUND:  Check the Lost and Found for your child's lost clothes and supplies.  All Lost and Found items will be donated to the Goodwill on June 28.
